Beta cyclodextrin(β-CDE) is a cyclic dextrin glucosyltransferase that acts on starch to produce 7 cyclic oligosaccharides with α-1, 4-glucoside bonds. Betacyclodextrin has a unique hollow molecular structure, and the external hydrophilic, the internal hydrophobic, under the action of van der Waals force, other substances can be absorbed into the molecular cavity, so as to form a molecular capsule like the inclusion complex.
